What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a long-term, full-time remote role where I can clean, verify, and maintain high-volume data accurately, work independently with distributed teams, learn new systems quickly, and contribute to reliable QA processes.

I'm a freelance Data Entry and QA Specialist handling high-volume records from paper and digital source documents in a remote production environment.

I've extracted and cleaned 500+ daily records, converted 300+ PDFs into structured database-ready records, and corrected more than 200 discrepancies, duplicates, and missing entries through source-document verification.

I use Excel and Google Sheets to build repeatable reporting templates with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and data validation. I also cross-reference spreadsheet and CRM records to keep information consistent and respond quickly to client requests.

I'm completing a B.E. in Information Technology while building SQL and Python foundations. I work independently across time zones, protect sensitive information, and stay focused on accurate, deadline-driven delivery.
