At Humankind Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I architected and developed a microservices-based Enterprise Analytics Dashboard connecting local PostgreSQL and MySQL databases with AWS production databases. It processes daily operations for over 7,000 personnel across 250+ sites.
I developed a FastAPI data layer as an asynchronous microservice gateway to optimize query routing and reduce cross-database aggregation latency. I also prototyped an event-driven CCTV intelligence pipeline using OpenCV, PyTorch, and YOLOv8 to automate safety hazard detection.
On AutoTuneAI, I built a context-aware AutoML system for hyperparameter tuning and designed an adaptive search strategy as an Optuna callback. Tuning a LightGBM model on an imbalanced fraud detection dataset improved F1-score by 97.16% and precision by 93.63%.
I also developed FeedUnify, an open-source Python library for asynchronous data ingestion from RSS, Atom, and YouTube. Its high-concurrency engine increased batch processing throughput fourfold, and Pydantic validation provides a consistent, type-safe output.
