Developed interactive healthcare analytics dashboards in Power BI for patient satisfaction, provider performance, appointment analytics, referral tracking, payer performance, and PET reporting. Integrated SQL databases, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and APIs to build automated reporting, creating DAX measures and Power Query transformations while optimizing data models for accuracy and performance.

Developed SQL scripts for customer information storage, interaction tracking, sales reporting, and customer segmentation. Used Python to automate repetitive data-processing and reporting tasks to improve efficiency in deployment workflows.

Contributed to the customization and maintenance of a CRM web application using Avada Theme and Fusion Builder. Created and maintained technical documentation for CRM modules and integrated documentation-related content with application data using SQL Server.

Created video lectures and acted as a technical instructor for SQL concepts, recording audio descriptions with examples for training. Also performed social media marketing for the lectures.

Developed and maintained Ewatch100 using ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, and SQL Server. Gathered client requirements, designed database tables/queries, implemented enhancements, and performed bug fixing, debugging, and performance tuning.
