At Precisely, I design enterprise SaaS experiences for Ironstream, simplifying configuration workflows including scheduling, dependency management, and hierarchical data selection.

I introduced UX processes and design standards that became the team’s working baseline while supporting a migration to a new design system. I’ve moderated usability and UAT sessions with enterprise users, audited workflows through heuristic evaluation, and turned findings into prioritized product improvements.

I work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and developers to build evidence-backed designs and polished releases. I’ve standardized reusable components and improved design-to-code handoff with AI-assisted tools.

Before UX, I was a Software Engineer at C.H. Robinson, where I owned production systems, mentored four engineers, and improved release quality through CI/CD and process improvements. I also designed scalable visual systems and improved subscription and webinar outcomes as a contract UX Designer at Super Scholar.
