I manage service charge and ground rent accounts in the Property Management department at Brethertons LLP, pursuing non-payments through systematic, documented processes that support debt recovery and potential court action.

I handle third-party correspondence, department phone lines, file administration, and court liaison. I’ve developed comprehensive knowledge of UK property laws, manage competing priorities from multiple fee earners, and support new staff as a trusted member of the team.

Before Brethertons, I delivered front-of-house service at Bourton Hall Wedding Venue, adapting daily across long shifts, waitressing, bartending, and venue upkeep. I also maintained accuracy under pressure as a Count Clerk for Warwick District Council during the General Election.

I graduated from Loughborough University with First Class BA Honours in English and Sports Science. My background in rugby, solo travel, and creative communication has strengthened my resilience, teamwork, independence, and attention to detail.
