Rubí Caputto

I’m a Bachelor’s Degree student in Anthropology (in progress) who brings a bilingual foundation in Spanish and English, plus a strong orientation to critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability. I work confidently in educational, cultural, and communication-focused environments.

In a collaborator role at El Litoral, I supported the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, documentation organization, and the coordination of internal processes. This helped me gain hands-on experience with recruitment workflows and candidate management.

As part of Highland English Academy, I designed and implemented dynamic, participatory classes for children, teenagers, and adults. I adapted teaching strategies to each group’s needs and pace, promoted student-centered learning, and monitored individual progress.

My approach emphasizes effective communication, attention to detail, and collaborative learning spaces. I’m motivated to combine strategic planning and analysis with bilingual education and clear, multicultural communication to help learners thrive.
