Previously at Maximus Canada, I supported Alberta Health Services' legacy COBOL data-extraction initiative, guided a 12-member team, served as Scrum Master, and improved PMO visibility through Power BI dashboards. At Liberty Mutual and Travelers, I gathered requirements, supported offshore operations, led UAT, tracked delivery risks, and helped move underwriting and quotation processes to new platforms.
I've also led data integration teams at Allied Technical Solutions, partnered with developers and vendors, built SQL reporting solutions, and automated DevOps formatting work that saved over five hours per week. I bring PMP and SAFe credentials along with practical Agile, Waterfall, governance, stakeholder, and change-management experience.
