Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities for a busy inpatient unit with 150 beds, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Develop and update SOPs aligned to Ministry of Health and WHO guidance and oversee staff appraisals, leave planning, and coverage to maintain operations.

Provided emergency and post-surgical nursing care by monitoring vital signs, performing triage, managing medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. Cared for 15 patients per day, supporting complex cases including ventilator management, wound care, and rapid code response.
