At SmartMix Technologies, I monitor fleet alerts and camera surveillance to help clients respond to fuel theft, accidents, and safety risks.

After performing in the control room, I was promoted to Data Analyst and Technical Service. I use fuel chart analytics to identify theft and anomalies, and I use Claude and Claude Code to create dashboards that make software-generated data easier for clients to interpret.

I’ve also managed overnight operations for an approximately 80-vehicle cold-chain fleet at Hestony Transport, coordinating routes, refrigeration monitoring, ETAs, fuel use, breakdowns, and safety through Mix Telematics and Lynx Fleet.

My hands-on technical background includes CCTV and alarm installation, VoIP and router troubleshooting, IT system maintenance, warehouse inventory checks, and electrical transformer assembly and repair.
