What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Staff Backend / Platform Engineer role where I can build scalable, resilient multi-tenant platforms, contribute innovative solutions, and drive platform growth.

I've led backend and platform delivery for Orangesiri and Humshila Pariksha, building resilient access-control and psychometric examination systems. My work includes biometric integrations, zero-downtime database migrations, and workflows supporting thousands of concurrent candidates.

At Humshila Pariksha, I owned a multi-tenant SaaS platform end to end, from Django REST APIs and React/TypeScript interfaces to scoring, reporting, tenant isolation, and reliability decisions. I also introduced Celery and Redis for long-running workflows and mentored a 20+ member cross-functional engineering team.

Across QuantumDSS, Quantel Software Solutions, Coinn Technologies, Coverfox, and Exponentia Data Labs, I've built supplier-management, telecom ordering, payments, insurance, and high-volume data-processing platforms.
