I’m looking for a role where I can support daily program operations, keep children safe, and create structured, positive learning days. I want to collaborate with families and staff while delivering engaging arts & STEM activities and strong communication.

I’m an Assistant Site Supervisor with deep experience supporting school-based after-school programs for elementary-aged students. I focus on safe, structured days that help children thrive academically and socially.

Since 2017, I’ve built a strong track record as a YMCA Youth Leader by creating and implementing lesson plans for art projects and homework assistance. I also led daily moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) sessions and provided guidance that maintained a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

In my current role, I support daily operations and manage student sign-in and sign-out procedures to ensure safety and compliance. I communicate regularly with parents about student progress and program updates, complete administrative documentation, and maintain accurate student records.

I bring a practical leadership style—supporting staff with clear expectations, developing monthly lesson plans that incorporate arts & crafts and STEM activities, and promoting positive behavior.
