I’m a recent software engineering IT intern with a strong drive to build useful digital solutions. I combine hands-on technical support experience with a curiosity for learning and improving systems.
At the Environmental Management Agency (EMA), I provided frontline technical support across hardware, software, and networking. I also helped design and implement a new cloud ERP system, created staff accounts with role-based access, and trained end-users to transition smoothly from the old system.
For data-focused work, I captured and validated records in CRM/PRD systems to support management reporting. I’m comfortable collaborating with IT staff and consultants, turning requirements into practical workflows that people can use.
My academic projects reinforce my software engineering direction: I trained a hybrid sentiment analysis model in Python using VADER and Multinomial logistic regression (86.30% accuracy, 87% precision). I also built a mental health mobile app with Flutter and a project monitoring and evaluation web application with Django.
