At Kyndryl, I supported Agile software delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimations, and daily stand-ups. I helped keep requirements and team priorities aligned.
I worked with stakeholders, product owners, customers, and engineering teams to clarify requirements, user journeys, workflows, and acceptance criteria. I also helped resolve blockers and maintain delivery focus.
I prioritized features based on business value and built Azure DevOps dashboards for delivery visibility and decision-making metrics. I also contributed to workflow automation, solution design, incident triage, and continuous improvement.
On the Enterprise CI/CD Automation & Governance Initiative, I managed GitHub governance, code security reviews, and container and image vulnerability remediation using JFrog Xray. In other project work, I supported Azure DevOps workflow automation and Kafka streaming initiatives, including documenting workflows processing 3,000+ daily updates.
