At SEVIAH, I manage HR administration, employee files, and labor documentation, and support payroll processes for more than 100 employees. I also track attendance, leave, and payroll-related budget information.
Previously, as an HR Officer at PVAH – CONVIVIENDA, I maintained employee records, supported recruitment and payroll preparation, and coordinated training for a workforce of more than 120.
At SENPRENDE, I served as Functional Payroll Chief, managing payroll for more than 300 employees across different hiring arrangements. I coordinated payroll information with Budget, tracked deductions and contributions to IHSS and INJUPEMP, and managed severance and settlements.
Earlier, at BANASUPRO, I prepared payroll for more than 600 employees and worked with SYSWEB NOVA and SIAFI. I use Excel at an intermediate-to-advanced level and have experience with SIAFI, SIARH, SIREP, and SYSWEB NOVA.
