I am a contact center analytics leader with 20 years of industry experience and 17 years of deep MS Excel expertise, delivering customized reports, dashboards, scorecards and automation to improve decision-making. At ADP Philippines I progressed from Sr. MIS Coordinator to Business Analyst and now Solutions Manager, building Access databases, Power Apps connected to SharePoint, Power BI reports and Power Automate solutions while mentoring MIS personnel.
