I am seeking a role where I can lead analytics and automation initiatives, mentor MIS teams, and deliver scalable reporting and BI solutions in a collaborative environment.

I am a contact center analytics leader with 20 years of industry experience and 17 years of deep MS Excel expertise, delivering customized reports, dashboards, scorecards and automation to improve decision-making. At ADP Philippines I progressed from Sr. MIS Coordinator to Business Analyst and now Solutions Manager, building Access databases, Power Apps connected to SharePoint, Power BI reports and Power Automate solutions while mentoring MIS personnel.

I have a strong track record in HR/operations reporting, Excel VBA automation, dashboarding with Tableau and Power BI, and stakeholder engagement across departments and leadership levels. I seek to apply my technical automation skills and analytics leadership to drive insights, operational efficiency and scalable reporting solutions for an organization.
