I’m a results-driven Data Analyst transitioning from 7 years of frontline sales into business intelligence, bringing a commercial perspective that many analysts don’t have. I’m known for framing business questions before touching the data—diagnosing what drives outcomes, not just reporting numbers.

I work across SQL (including SSMS concepts like CTEs, window functions, joins, and aggregations) and advanced Excel capabilities like Power Pivot, Power Query, Pivot Tables, GETPIVOTDATA, and DAX. I also build analytics-ready models using data modeling approaches such as star schema, backed by data cleaning, validation, and EDA practices.

In my projects, I cleaned and validated a ~120K order dataset, uncovering a 16% cancellation rate (~19K orders) and identifying revenue leakage by comparing fulfillment types. I built Power BI dashboards tracking $78.6M in revenue across channels and categories, and created an end-to-end retail sales model that revealed YoY growth drivers, discount-tier margin erosion, and concentration risk in the Phones category.

From sales representative work, I developed a business-first analytical mindset—analyzing sales and inventory data to guide purchasing decisions and translating raw performance into management reports. I’m ready to apply that same rigor to stakeholder-facing, root-cause-driven analytics that supports data-informed decision-making.
