I’m a results-driven Order Management & Logistics professional with 15+ years of experience across ecommerce, healthcare insurance, retail, and banking. I’m known for end-to-end execution—order lifecycle processing, proactive customer updates, and fast resolution of backorders—while maintaining full data accuracy.
In my current role as an Order Management Specialist & Logistics Coordinator, I process 100+ daily orders through SAP (manual and web channels). I manage order entry, release, invoicing, and eBiz payment collection (pre-authorization and down payments), while coordinating cross-country inventory transfers and generating FedEx/UPS freight quotes and shipping labels.
