With over seven years of experience, I have successfully managed the Dr. Enrique Claveaux Health Center, overseeing more than 130 staff members and two polyclinics. My expertise lies in creating and implementing health programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing user care quality.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to holistic patient assessment and care, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion. My role as an assistant professor at the University of the Republic has allowed me to educate future nurses on essential procedures and effective communication, further contributing to the nursing field.
