I am a qualified technocrat turned dynamic IT professional with over 14 years of rich experience in software testing and test management. My journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in manual testing, test automation, and database testing, allowing me to successfully execute and manage projects that meet stringent quality standards.

Currently, I serve as a QA Manager at Kadel Labs, where I lead a team of 23 testers, overseeing the entire QA process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. My proactive approach in eliciting business requirements and coordinating with development teams has been pivotal in driving IT initiatives that contribute to organizational growth.
