What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Senior FP&A role where I can own budgeting and consolidated planning, build efficient reporting, and deliver clear monthly/quarterly insights to leadership—turning financial models, variance analysis, and scenario simulations into decisions that improve performance.

I’m a Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong track record of analyzing financial and operational metrics, spotting trends, and translating them into actionable recommendations. I focus on improving how planning, reporting, and performance management actually work—so leaders can move faster with confidence.

In my current role at GR8 Tech, I manage quarterly and annual budgeting across 20+ departments, and I prepare and present consolidated budgets and changes to the Board. I regularly present monthly/quarterly findings to senior management, support special projects like business plans and strategy preparation, and help ensure targets are met through ongoing monitoring and guidance.

Previously, I built deep expertise in cost control and costing processes at Edge Autonomy and Allnex Latvia. I led variance and expense analysis, defined and calculated activity/overhead rates, supported ERP (Monitor G5) financial module implementation, and handled inventory management controls, including write-offs and provisions tied to operational events.

Earlier in my career, I combined finance with strong business-partnering and leadership: I coordinated harmonized cost accounting across EMEA, coached a regional cost analysis/accounting team of 16 employees, and supported global reporting and consolidation work. I also bring a background in tax and transfer pricing from KPMG, Deloitte, and PwC—plus BI and IFRS transition experience from earlier roles.
