Roland Abu

I am a dedicated finance and administration professional with a background in banking marketing and organizational finance. I combine practical experience from United Bank for Africa and long-term supervisory responsibility in a faith-based nonprofit to deliver reliable financial oversight and relationship-building.

At UBA I supported customer relationship management, promoted product developments, and collaborated with sales to meet targets. In my current role as General Supervisor (Finance/Administration) I ensure responsible use of income and expenditure, oversee charitable disbursements, and support organizational growth and harmony.

I am resourceful, responsible and ready to embrace new challenges to acquire skills that help meet organizational goals. I work well independently and in teams, bring problem-solving abilities, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
