I am a finance and operations professional with over 24 years' experience leading administration, finance, procurement, business development and operations across NGOs, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. I have led teams and plant operations, managed multi-funded programs, and coordinated with international donors and government stakeholders.

My experience includes senior roles such as Chief Finance cum Operating Officer and Finance Advisor, where I managed financial forecasting, grant management (USAID, WHO, BMGF, DFID and others), FCRA operations, statutory compliance, and donor reporting. I have a track record of improving processes in procurement, logistics, HR and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational performance.

I hold an MBA (Finance), professional certifications in data analysis, operations management and project management, and practical expertise with MS Office, Tally, QuickBooks, Sun System and Business World.
