What I'm looking for

I want to build healthcare SaaS end-to-end—designing REST APIs, secure auth and real-time workflows, and deploying on AWS with strong monitoring—so my teams can ship reliable, production-ready software.

I’m a Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience building healthcare SaaS applications. I focus on end-to-end development, from implementation and testing to deployment and production maintenance.

At Malavia Hospital, I developed and maintained a Healthcare Insurance Claims Management System using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. I designed REST APIs for claim processing, financial settlements, authentication, and user management, and implemented JWT authentication, RBAC, and WebSocket-based concurrency control to prevent conflicting edits.

I also optimized backend performance with MongoDB collections and indexes (connection pooling, caching, background jobs) and automated settlement workflows for discounts, payer contracts, TDS deductions, and hospital/vendor settlements. On the infrastructure side, I deploy and maintain on AWS (EC2, IAM, MongoDB Atlas, Nginx, PM2) and integrate Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Pino for monitoring and debugging.
