At Edulab Educational Exchange, I lead mobile and web delivery for live university and government-facing applications used by students, faculty, and staff at Pune University, Mumbai University, HSNC, and SDBI.

I own architecture, sprint planning, code review, release sign-off, and end-to-end delivery—from stakeholder requirements through Play Store releases and production support. I introduced structured code review, Git branching conventions, and a reusable component library to reduce post-release defects and speed up feature delivery.

I took Generative AI from proof of concept to four production products, including an AI Tutor Portal, AI Question Paper Generation Portal, and AI-powered LMS. By deploying self-hosted LLM infrastructure with Ollama, I removed per-token API costs and kept student data in-house.

I also build practical platform capabilities including QR authentication, geo-fenced attendance, push-notification migration, in-app update pipelines, and product analytics. I enjoy mentoring developers in React Native performance, state management, and clean code so they can independently own modules.
