I've spent six years building backend services and UI integrations for Infor India's ION API Gateway and a dealer management system for Mahindra & Mahindra.

At Infor, I build features and resolve production issues across .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and AWS services including Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SNS, and ElastiCache. I've redesigned BaaS and API Flows modules and improved application performance to meet SLOs.

I support releases through load testing with JMeter, production monitoring, security-compliance stages in CI/CD, vulnerability fixes, patch delivery, and code reviews. I also use Kiro for AI-assisted development and have integrated UI components with Claude AI for prompt-building and user interaction.

Earlier, I helped digitize vehicle booking and discount-approval workflows for Mahindra & Mahindra dealers. I work closely with clients, stakeholders, QA, operations, and teammates through grooming, sprint planning, demos, peer reviews, and Agile delivery.
