At Cognizant, I administer Linux environments across RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and SUSE, running on virtualized and physical infrastructure. I handle installation, troubleshooting, patching, and operating system lifecycle work.
I provision and support virtual machines in VMware, Microsoft Azure, and AWS, and use Azure DevOps, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, and Docker in infrastructure operations. I also implement monitoring solutions and write basic Bash automation scripts to support reliability and reduce manual effort.
I manage incident, change, and problem activities, support vulnerability remediation, and contribute to infrastructure modernization through OS upgrades and platform improvements. I also share technical knowledge and operational practices with junior team members.
