At NICE Interactive Solutions Private Limited, I implemented SVX Monitor for the RedEye surveillance engine on EKS, adding log-based observability and alerting across six components. I also designed a production connection from the EKS-hosted RCM UI to an IP-whitelisted Tableau server using an Nginx reverse proxy.
I built an LLM-assisted rightsizing tool for more than 1,300 AWS resources, reducing monthly spend from $32K to $29.5K. I also automated the migration of more than 475 EC2 instances to Amazon Linux 2023 with Python and Bash.
At NICE Interactive Solutions Private Limited, I deployed the SurveilX AI platform on EKS, including services for alert classification, deduplication, and AI Assist. I also containerized core Markets Surveillance services and deployed ActiveMQ for a system handling more than one million financial alerts per day.
At Siemens Digital Industries Software (via Pratiti Technologies), I automated Teamcenter X version upgrades with Blue-Green deployments and built a CLI that runs more than 15 post-deployment checks. I also provisioned AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and built PLMXML Multiverse, an AI prototype for automating compliance checks on PLM XML design data.
