Rohan Narwane

At Pentad Consulting, LLC, I reviewed RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to assess eligibility, requirements, and submission strategies. I also researched government and commercial opportunities to support bid/no-bid decisions.

I prepared and coordinated proposal submissions, gathering content from internal stakeholders, resumes, and past performance records. I completed government forms and compliance documents and managed submissions through procurement portals, vendor registration systems, and email.

As an Auditor at Hitachi Energy Plant, Maneja, Vadodara, through K C Mehta & Co. LLP, I reviewed vendor invoices in SAP and verified materials against inventory records. I also processed material documents and reports using SAP HANA.

I participated in quarterly audits and maintained documentation and audit trails. My work included tracking stock movements and helping resolve discrepancies with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
