I'm seeking a Senior Operations Excellence or Quality Director role in a multinational manufacturing or FMCG organization undergoing transformation or scale-up, where I can build Lean, QMS, and performance-management infrastructure.

At United Tobacco Company, a manufacturing partner of Philip Morris, I lead operations-excellence work across production lines. I improved MTBF from 9.5 to 20 minutes, reduced downtime by 4%, and led Lean transformation across factory departments.

I build practical systems that connect quality, production, planning, and financial outcomes. My work includes Power BI dashboards, value engineering, VSM, bottleneck analysis, 5S, visual controls, RCA, and 8D workshops that trained more than 100 team members.
