At PT Weefer Indonesia, I work on Haermes ESS, an enterprise HRMS built with React and TypeScript. Implementing a new web design increased customer satisfaction, and the company considers me an expert in frontend development.
I led the migration from JavaScript class components to TypeScript functional components with Hooks. I also built reusable Material UI components and translated Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces.
My work on Haermes ESS includes integrating REST APIs and managing application state with Redux and React Final-Form. I maintain component architecture across NPM packages and use Claude and GitHub Copilot for exploration, refactoring, and prototyping, with manual review before merging.
I'm also maintaining Haermes Web and Windows applications and extending their REST APIs with C# and .NET Core. Earlier, at Askarasoft, I developed a logistics management application and reimplemented legacy Visual Basic calculation logic in PHP.
