Directed large-scale housing and community development strategies across the Southeastern U.S., managing multi-phase mixed-use and mixed-income developments and structuring financing for three catalytic $40M projects. Formed an affordable housing advocacy coalition and led site evaluations, due diligence, negotiations, and multi-agency coordination for acquisitions and entitlements.

Led strategy and policy for affordable and market-rate housing, managed an $8M budget and real estate portfolio, and directed allocation of $15M in ARPA funds for housing projects. Coordinated federal grant-funded projects (HOME, CDBG) and executed the Affordable Housing Investment Strategic Plan.

Provided senior leadership for real estate acquisition and economic development projects, managed P&L for a $700M development portfolio, and led redevelopment and pandemic recovery initiatives including major projects on the Atlanta Westside. Oversaw RFP/RFQ processes and partner contract management.

Managed a capital investment portfolio exceeding $500M and led the $800M East Orange Transit Village redevelopment; supervised 27 staff and senior consultants and negotiated redevelopment agreements, tax abatements, PILOTs, and public-private partnerships. Developed multi-million dollar community and economic empowerment plans and incentive programs.

Directed economic development strategy and operations for the One-Stop DeKalb-GA consortium, secured $650K for housing strategic plans, and structured revolving loan programs with a $6M lending portfolio to expand access to capital for small businesses. Led feasibility studies and high-impact project delivery.
