Led a mobile team of six in two-week sprints, delivering three apps from scratch. Built a custom Flutter plugin for a business phone system over Twilio's native voice SDKs.

Built the monitoring app used by 5,000+ officers of the Election Commission of Nepal during the 2022 elections.
