What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build business systems that give operating teams a shared foundation for growth, combining hands-on technical work with clear roadmaps, strong team culture, and measurable operational improvements.

At CSC LED, I built and evolved the custom ERP, B2B e-commerce platform, and company-wide IT that supported a nationwide wholesale LED distributor through sustained growth.

I led the migration from ASP.NET MVC 5 to ASP.NET Core 6, rebuilt 40+ e-commerce pages in React, integrated ERP workflows with QuickBooks, and deployed warehouse barcode scanning across three Canadian distribution centres. I also built a distributed development team and introduced agile planning, code reviews, roadmaps, and documentation with zero turnover over six years.

Before CSC LED, I founded DataCove and delivered custom web applications, databases, reporting tools, ERP systems, and process automation for clients across Canada, the United States, and Europe. My earlier clinical research work gave me a practical foundation in regulated data, reporting, and operational detail.
