What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote customer support or customer success work with a SaaS, tech, or service-oriented company. I’m comfortable with asynchronous communication and flexible hours to overlap with US or EU time zones.

At Ethiopian Economics Association, I supported senior economists and research teams by collecting, organizing, and analyzing economic data using Excel and basic statistical methods.

I also assisted with national economic conferences and workshops, coordinating logistics and participant communication, and providing on-site support. I presented research findings and assisted at public events, explaining information to diverse audiences.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from School of Business and Economics, Addis Ababa University. I’m interested in remote customer support and customer success work, particularly with SaaS, tech, and service-oriented companies.
