What I'm looking for
I’m a Medical Assistant in Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy, supporting physicians with exams, procedures, documentation, and fast-paced patient care. I bring a strong front-desk foundation, handling scheduling, check-ins, and insurance verification while keeping workflows calm and efficient.
I maintain accurate patient records using EHR/EMR systems and prepare exam rooms and sterilized instruments by following strict safety protocols. I’m committed to OSHA & HIPAA compliance, quality control, and attention to detail in every step of the patient experience.
Before joining clinical practice full-time, I served as a General Manager at Zaxby’s, overseeing daily operations in a high-volume environment. I managed staffing, scheduling, training, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships, and I improved customer satisfaction through consistent quality standards.
Earlier, I led teams as a Molly Maid Team Leader, coordinating tasks, training new team members, and maintaining detailed cleaning checklists while ensuring OSHA guideline compliance.
