Robert Spencer

I am an education consultant and digital learning designer with over a decade of experience dedicated to enhancing K-12 student engagement through innovative virtual learning strategies. My expertise lies in managing virtual classroom operations, fostering inclusive environments, and developing engaging curricula that resonate with diverse student populations, particularly BIPOC youth.

Currently, I serve as an Assistant Guide & Learning Designer at Guidepost Montessori Virtual School, where I deliver individualized, project-based instruction to students in Grades 1–6. My role involves designing cross-curricular content that integrates various subjects with social-emotional learning components, ensuring that every student feels supported and engaged in their learning journey. I am passionate about helping students explore their identity and purpose while building essential skills for their future.

In addition to my work in education, I co-lead community-centered programming at Lorem Ipsum Listening Bar, focusing on Black culture and wellness. My experience in arts education and community engagement has equipped me with the skills to create meaningful connections and promote equity and belonging in all my endeavors.
