At Softtek, supporting Cliente Equifax, I managed vulnerabilities for a regional LATAM security project. I used Qualys, Fortify, Wiz, BitSight, and HackeOne to monitor findings, prioritize risk, and coordinate remediation plans.

I helped reduce the critical vulnerability backlog in LATAM by 80% in 30 days through risk-based prioritization and technical coordination. I also coordinated patch management across Windows and Linux environments and supported incident analysis, classification, escalation, and follow-up.

I participated in the migration of more than 150 services in the region to GCP, helping ensure security controls and technical requirements were met. My work also included SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management and access management audits.

Earlier, as an IT Analyst (Security Support) Trainee at Fundación Mano Amiga, I ran functional tests, used scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities, and documented technical requirements. I’m looking to move into cybersecurity roles, drawing on my operational security experience to support threat prevention, detection, and response.
