Antes, en IBM para Banco Patagonia, resolví más de 200 tickets semanales dentro de SLA para más de 1.000 empleados y sucursales de todo el país. Detecté, aislé y bloqueé equipos comprometidos, y respondí a accesos indebidos, cuentas comprometidas y análisis inicial de malware.
Trabajo con hardening, seguridad de endpoints, Wazuh, Sysmon, servidores Windows y Linux, redes, DNS/DHCP y firewalls. También automatizo tareas administrativas con PowerShell, Bash, CMD, Python y N8N.
