What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead compliant, data-driven scientific publication strategy across launch and lifecycle—partnering with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and market access, strengthening governance and agency delivery, and elevating congress and field medical impact.

I’m a strategic scientific communications leader with 12+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and a decade of bench research across neuroscience, immunology, rare disease, and specialty care. I build and scale high-performing global publication functions, shaping scientific platforms and driving compliant communication strategies grounded in data-driven insights.

I translate complex clinical data into cohesive publication strategies that align Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, and Market Access. I’m known for leading cross-functional governance forums, managing global agency partners, and strengthening publication excellence frameworks with measurable impact across congress strategy, payer engagement, and field medical enablement.

In recent leadership roles, I’ve owned US medical communications and publications for neuroscience and led rare disease coverage on an interim basis. I developed and executed publication strategies supporting lifecycle management and launch readiness, spearheaded congress scientific strategy, and designed proactive/reactive field tools and training to improve MSL impact and consistency.

I’ve also served as a global scientific communications lead for rare disease programs, where I improved publication policy and metrics and trained affiliates on global publication processes. I’m a trusted partner to KOLs and executive stakeholders, with a strong ethics and compliance mindset, fluent French, and a commitment to scientific rigor and clear, accurate storytelling.
