Built Instantly's AI SDR, a multi-agent LLM system that discovers, qualifies and recommends B2B leads at scale. Designed the decision engine and recommendation orchestrator, with per-agent prompt strategies picked through a typed agent registry, and built the distributed BullMQ / Redis job pipeline behind it across NestJS, Node.js and React. Started on the core backend team on public API v2.

Client engagements through the Toptal network (top ~3% of applicants), including a large luxury e-commerce platform operating at significant traffic and transaction scale. Delivered full stack features across a NestJS backend and React frontend inside a large engineering org with high bars for quality, performance and reliability.

Built and launched the Dealcode Chrome extension from scratch, designed the architecture, wrote the backend, and shipped it to production without an existing codebase to lean on.

Simultaneously designed and released the Email Scheduler product: planned the feature, led the technical spec, and delivered it end to end. Both projects went from idea to live users within the same tenure.

Joined during a period of heavy technical debt. Led a team of 4 engineers building an iOS app and its backend, restructured development workflows and drove an incremental backend refactor that improved performance and stability, with no big-bang rewrite. Set up code review standards, branching strategy and CI/CD, and owned sprint planning and releases.

Co-founded a small software studio with a partner and built its delivery platform and processes from scratch. Shipped client projects for local and EU customers on React, Next.js, NestJS and Node.js, including Telegram and Discord bot integrations, and played a key technical role in launching the AI startup Saima.ai, from early architecture to product decisions.

Core team member on Hivot, a US-based startup: architected its React Native app from zero and took it through release on the App Store and Google Play, from structure and state management to store submission. Also consulted on an IoT product for another Codulate client and helped grow the company through technical interviews, hiring and onboarding.

Worked with a German software company on a complex React application for an enterprise knowledge-graph product. Modernized aging frontend infrastructure, raised code quality and set better development practices. Played a key role in a major redesign, integrating the new version cleanly into the live application, and led hiring for the Armenia-based frontend team.

Taught JavaScript and React.js at BDG School while working full-time as an engineer. Ran five complete courses with groups of eight or more students, from fundamentals to building real applications. Explaining why things work, not just how, made me a better communicator and mentor.

React developer on the Datatable module team at Adobe Workfront, inside a large engineering organization with rigorous release processes, close monitoring of customer feedback and high quality standards. Also mentored junior developers joining the team and helped them ramp up quickly.

Three years of freelance and early startup work that shaped how I think about building software. Projects ranged widely: co-founding an educational startup and building its online platform, contributing to a CRM product in the US (BostonBestRate.com), and full stack work on Bidfox.ru, a social media marketing platform.

Contributed to website development for local businesses and enhanced the previously well-known "Form Maker" plugin in Joomla! store. Involved in feature implementation, project delivery, and user feedback response. Gained expertise in website development.
