At Agilent Technologies, I designed and shipped FSE-in-a-Box, a retrieval-augmented LLM application serving 300+ field service engineers. I also built its evaluation loop and owned predictive maintenance models for a deployed instrument fleet, from telemetry features through production monitoring.

Earlier, I built a fiber-based STED nanoscope at CU Anschutz, achieving ~100 nm resolution, and developed optical and neural recording hardware. My work has also included satellite reliability studies at Lockheed Martin and production timing systems at Symmetricom, where measurements had to be traceable and withstand external audit.
