At the National Communications Authority, I developed the NCA Data Collection System to support form creation, provider submissions, approvals, corrections, Excel imports, dashboards, notifications and audit history.
I also prepared and checked monthly telecommunications analysis workbooks, investigated indicator anomalies and supported quarterly statistical bulletin updates. I built a reusable workbook-filling workflow that preserved existing formulas and layouts, and validated figures and growth rates before use.
At the National Communications Authority, I documented performance tracking and converted Managerial Operations and Legal procedures into 16 process flowcharts. I also evaluated AI tools for seven strategic areas and proposed pilots, governance controls and a phased adoption sequence.
My projects include AI Gameplay Shorts Agent, a creator workspace for video uploads, highlight analysis, short-form editing, quality checks, scheduling, analytics and learning. I also built OpenEarth, a web application project, and developed the NCA Data Collection System as a web application for structured data collection and review.
