I monitor purchase orders through to receipt and flag supply chain delays to Account Managers and logistics teams. I also update HubSpot with order statuses and supporting documents.
At Dr Beckmann – Acdopro, I supported finance and procurement by checking supplier documents, delivery notes, and invoices. I applied Good Manufacturing Practices and maintained accurate production records.
I also entered data in SAP and Excel, tracking batch records, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Earlier, at Mercure Hotel and Corinthia Hotel Prague, I handled reservations, front-office administration, and customer queries.
