I'm Ritik Mittal, a dedicated software engineer based in Bangalore, India, with a strong focus on backend development and optimization. Currently, I am part of the Backend Team, where I manage users' cryptocurrency holdings and portfolio management. My work involves indexing and accumulating holdings from raw crypto transaction data, ensuring efficient data handling and user experience.

Previously, I worked at Google India, where I contributed to the PD Team by enhancing the auto-scaling and task scheduling of the async PD system. My efforts led to a significant reduction in RPC latency by 800x, showcasing my ability to tackle complex technical challenges. I also played a key role in migrating existing architectures for easier deployment, demonstrating my adaptability and technical proficiency.

My academic background includes a B.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, where I maintained a GPA of 8.76. I have also participated in various competitive programming contests, achieving notable ranks and showcasing my problem-solving skills.
