At KALE LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS, I lead corporate development and M&A for a PE-backed global logistics SaaS platform. I led the acquisition of Portel, from due diligence and negotiations through closing and post-merger integration.
I also anchor the $50M+ fundraise, including the equity story, diligence, Board materials, and investor engagement. Iām building and piloting a trade finance product and led an enterprise Claude rollout with dashboards and internal apps for investor reporting and M&A tracking.
Previously, at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd (TIMES), I led global business planning, strategy, and new business initiatives, including international expansion and a billion-dollar demerger. Across media, consumer, and technology businesses, my work has included acquisitions, post-deal integration, fundraising, and business incubation.
