I'm seeking a Chief of Staff or Founder's Associate role at an early-stage company, owning whatever matters most each week—from growth and client pilots to operations and hiring.

At Rand & Co Holdings, I supported investment decisions across a $100M+ acquisition pipeline through financial analysis, market research, and structured risk assessments. I also monitored operational and financial performance across six portfolio companies.
