At Nigeria Union of Pensioners, I led intake, verification, classification, and secure maintenance of sensitive pensioner records. I designed multi-stage review workflows and Excel tracking registers that helped prevent unauthorized alterations and maintain audit trails.
At De-Promise Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and in my independent advisory practice, I’ve developed records governance frameworks, compliance matrices, and SOPs for distributed teams. My work includes reviewing grant and infrastructure proposals, protecting PII, and identifying governance gaps through a diagnostic scoring model.
