As a Freelance Data Annotator, I label project-provided data using task-specific instructions and annotation guidelines. I classify text into relevant categories and check annotations for clarity, consistency, and completeness.

I review completed work for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, and flag ambiguous examples for clarification. When instructions are updated, I apply them consistently across tasks while balancing accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity expectations.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon and Teleperformance. I handled customer queries and service requests, followed established workflows, documented interactions, and escalated issues when required.
