I've led capital markets transformation and presales work for Nasdaq-Calypso, supporting tier-1 prospects including BNP, BBVA, Commerzbank, and Erste Digital. I translate complex functional and technical requirements into Calypso capabilities, production-ready transaction processing, settlements, and back-office workflows.
At Eurex, I helped modernize clearing, cash payment, and repo trading infrastructure across C7-CPS, C7-SCS, and the REPO NTP platform. I authored BRDs and FSDs, shaped Agile user stories, ran stakeholder workshops, and guided delivery through sign-off and market release.
My work spans treasury, equities, repo, derivatives, FX, corporate actions, asset servicing, SWIFT workflows, and regulatory market infrastructure. I've also led SIT and UAT activities, defect triage, migration support, and reconciliation validation for clients including RBS, ABN AMRO, Erste, and Commerzbank.
