What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business analysis and transformation initiatives in capital markets, partnering with global stakeholders to modernize processes, deliver technology change, and improve data quality and operational outcomes.

At TCS, I lead middle-office transformation initiatives across GoldenSource, custody, enrichment, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation for equities, derivatives, fixed income, and FX.

I turn requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, then guide delivery through Agile and Waterfall SDLC. I've coordinated 10–20+ global stakeholders, led UAT and business sign-off, and achieved 98% data accuracy during system migration through SQL validation and reconciliation.

Previously at Eclerx and Karvy Stock Broking, I supported OTC trade confirmation, ISDA documentation, client analytics, and portfolio servicing. I enjoy improving workflows, reducing operational friction, and supporting junior analysts with strong documentation and delivery standards.
